I am Dawn Marie Kier. I hold a Doctorate of Organizational Leadership, and am affectionately known as the Chief Heart Doctor. With a passion for transforming workplaces, I specialize in identifying the root causes of organizational pain points that directly impact culture and employee engagement. As a certified executive coach, I bring a unique perspective and expertise to help organizations thrive.

With 30 years of experience in the field, I have developed a deep understanding of the intricate dynamics that shape successful organizations My approach goes beyond surface-level fixes and focused on uncovering the underlying issues that hinder productivity, morale, and collaboration. By addressing these root causes, I help businesses build a solid foundation for sustainable growth and success.
